Top weekend shows: Ty Segall, Thee Oh Sees, Mission of Burma

Thee Oh Sees and Ty Segall: Garage-rock is alive and in shin-kicking mode in this not-to-be-missed double bill of like-minded Northern California bands. They played at roughly the same time during the Pitchfork Music Festival in July, but fans won’t have to choose which one to see on this night.
