Turns out Miss Blue Ivy Carter doesn't have to be far from the action when mom Beyonce and dad Jay-Z hit a Brooklyn Nets game — and if you think an imported beer at Staples Center is pricey, you won't believe the price tag for this luxury crib on the other side of the country.
"Jay rents a luxurious basement suite for $1 million a year" at Barclays Center, a source tells Us Weekly. "It has an area for Blue filled with toys."
In the basement? Can you even see the game from there? Wait — the kid turns 1 year old on Monday, so she's probably not longing to go courtside just yet.
But Blue is learning to share at an early age, because the suite is fun for adults as well. Extra fun, as it's reportedly the priciest of only 11 available.
"Jay lets friends use his digs when he's not there," the source told the mag.
And why not? The look of "New York's unseen scene," known as the Vault, was "Inspired by Jay Z himself," according to the Barclays website — and each suite comes with primo game tickets. (Not sure if Jay really needs those, though, as he does own one-fifteenth of one percent of the team.)
"Comprised of only eleven suites and located on the discreet event level, The Vault is the most elite club in the country. Each Vault has its own private sliding door entry, lounge seating, flat screen TV’s and contemporary furniture, which promises to deliver the elegance and style that only Barclays Center will showcase," the site says.
And Blue's charmed lifestyle doesn't end there, of course.
Right around Christmas, Beyonce shared a new picture of the little girl revealing both the love and the luxury that rolls her way. With an adoring mama gazing at her little one and Blue returning the favor, we were treated to a view of a lovely coastline view, seen from the deck of whatever yacht they were enjoying that day.
