Family: I have all brothers-four to be exact (one foster)-Daniel, Abe, Ben and James. My parents, Terry and Karen, live in Augusta. The newest member in my immediate household is an 85 lb. black lab named Chip, adopted from the Humane Society at 1 year old. We are currently working on training. He’s a JOY!
Hometown: Augusta, KS
Community: Involved in the music, film community as much as I can. Volunteer with the Miss Kansas Organization and served as Miss Kansas 2008.
Hobbies: I have a lot of hobbies, so I will have to pick the main ones: playing piano & singing (jazz & classical mainly), running, yoga, cooking, reading and spending time with my family, friends and dog.
Fun Facts: I was the captain of the boys’ varsity soccer team as a senior in high school. 2012 Wichita Commuter Challenge winner (I was on a bike against a car & a bus) GO GREEN! Lastly, don’t try to feed me a steak…I happen to be a vegetarian, but I will cook you a steak! *on occasion you can indeed find me eating a bit of seafood.
