The "Walk the Line" Oscar-winning actress was arrested Friday, April 19 in Atlanta, Ga., when her husband James Toth was pulled over for DUI.

Toth was arrested after blowing .139 on the Breathalyzer and Witherspoon was arrested for disorderly conduct at the scene. She reportedly got out of the car after being asked to stay put, and was saying things like, "You're about to find out who I am" and "You're going to be on national news."
