LOS ANGELES (WPIX) -- Lindsay Lohan and girlfriend Samantha Ronson have booked two one-way bus tickets to Splitsville, USA, Lohan confirmed Monday. The Long Island native told E! News, it's over... temporarily.

"We are taking a brief break so I can focus on myself," she told E!.

The shocking breakup - and by shocking, we mean not-so-shocking - comes as a slew of reports claimed trouble was lurking for the Hollywood starlet and the celebrity DJ.

According to a report in OK! Magazine, Lohan was shut out of a family gathering Friday for Ronson's sister, fashion designer Charlotte Ronson. Lohan apparently was held back at the doors of the Chateau Marmont, where the party was being held, by as many as five bouncers. The doormen were reportedly "under strict instructions from the Ronson family" to not let Lohan in under any circumstances, OK! reports.

Another report claimed some of Ronson's family members are now seeking a restraining order against Lindsay.

If these crazy kids can't make it... what's the point? Really.

The couple reportedly began dating back in September 2008.
