Lindsay Lohan's dad has been slapped with an harassment charge from his former fiance.Kathryn Major, 27, told police that she and Michael Lohan, 50, got into an argument on Monday over a missed cell phone call at their home in Watermill.
Major claims Lohan got so irritated that he kicked and threatened her.
Lisa Bloom, Lohan's attorney, says his client denies all the charges. She confirmed that the couple -- who were engaged in April -- have parted ways.
He is due in a Southampton courtroom on Aug. 18.
The 50-year-old iwas n Los Angeles this week, while his daughter surrendered to begin a 90-day jail term for violating terms of her probation.
