(WICHITA, Kan.)—
Prosecutors charged Robert Blessman with second-degree murder. He's also charged with involuntary manslaughter DUI and driving on a suspended license.
Wichita police say Blessman was driving 90 miles-per-hour Fiiday night when he lost control and crashes on west Kellogg.
The crash killed his passenger, Jerrodd Moffett. Blessman will be back in court July 19th.
