Officer testifies about night Kimbra Moore was shot

The man accused in the death of an 8-year-old girl spent Tuesday afternoon in court for his preliminary hearing.  24-year-old Zachary Gaston is charged with first degree murder for the death of Kimbra Moore.  Moore was struck by a bullet while slept in her bed.
