November? How about December? Wind chills at noon ranged from the teens in western Kansas to the low 20s here in Wichita. Actual temperatures (without the wind factor) range from 29 to 37 degrees. Mostly sunny skies in western Kansas with clouds breaking up in the east by late afternoon. Highs on this Veterans Day will remain in the 30s to near 40. The wind will make it feel even colder!
Tonight skies will becoming mostly clear and the wind should diminish after sunset. This combination will result in overnight lows dropping into the teens and lower 20s statewide.
As we head back to work and school on Monday, sunshine will return and chilly weather remains the theme. Highs will only manage the upper 40s and lower 50s.
Temperatures will gradually warm into the upper 50s and low 60s this week and it looks dry through Friday.
