PROVIDENCE, RI -- A TSA officer discovered something more than just fluff inside three stuffed animals in a 4-year old boy's carry-on bag.
As the bag was going through the X-ray checkpoint at T.F. Green International Airport the agent spotted gun components inside a teddy bear, a rabbit and a Mickey Mouse doll.
According to the TSA, the main frame of a .40 caliber firearm in one animal, a firing pin and a magazine carrying two .40 caliber rounds in another animal, and a slide concealed in the third animal.
When put together, the items became a working handgun, said the TSA.
