Medium Buffalo
An excellent wing from the Tampa-based burger chain, and the only restaurant mentioned here with anti-sogging ventilation holes in its serving container. The skin has a thin but very crispy texture, and the Frank's RedHot sauce application is more brushed on than swimming in it, with an aroma of butter richness. We dug the Buffalo-sauced wings, but we liked the sauceless garlic Parmesan wings even better. They retained their crispness even after a long car ride.
