At present, there are five seasoning and 16 sauce options at Buffalo Wild Wings, all designed to knock diners over. When my wings drenched in "spicy garlic" sauce arrived, I recoiled from that pungent vinegary smell. The taste, though, is less punchy than its strong aroma — meaty, the skin halfway between crispy and crunchy. If subtlety is a four-letter word to you, these wings should be up your alley.
