Basic steps to canning
Today's Prep School is not for everyone. If you're an experienced canner, for example, don't read another word. Likewise, if you can stroll the aisles of your local farmers market or look out into your own backyard garden and not be dismayed by the realization that the growing season is winding down ... well, then, go ahead and enjoy the inevitable months of tasteless produce shipped unripe from halfway around the planet.
