'Buffalo' hits the spot for Super Bowl snack
On Super Bowl Sunday, chicken wing bones denuded of their hot sauce-coated skin and flesh will pile high in living rooms across America. Eating Buffalo wings is perhaps the second most carnal act in American gastronomy (baby back ribs still retain the top spot). Fortunately, many chains indulge in this annual ritual.
