Sweet potatoes add savory side

The sweet potato casserole topped with marshmallows is a staple of the Thanksgiving dinner, but it is not everybody's favorite side dish. "I hated the sickly sweet, sweet potato casserole with marshmallows on top when I was growing up," confesses Dan Smith, chef/co-owner of Hearty.
