Physicist develops Oreo de-creaming machine

Love crisp chocolate Oreo cookies, but hate the cream that binds them together? Well, David Neevel, a physicist from Portland, Ore., had this very problem and tasked himself with creating a solution. 

No, he didn't bother baking his own chocolate wafer cookies sans cream. As physicists are wont to do, Neevel created what he calls an Oreo Separator Machine (OSM for short).
