Ever wanted to learn how to distill your own spirits? Here's your chance.
Koval's master distiller, Robert Birnecker, will lead a two-day workshop teaching folks the art of distilling out of Koval's Ravenswood distillery (5121 N. Ravenswood Ave.). The workshop will be held March 2-3.
According to Koval, this is "an abbreviated course - perfect for those just curious about distilling and all the components of creating a distillery."
This expert knowledge doesn't come cheap though. The two-day workshop costs $599 per person with space available for only 35 attendees.
