The mayor of Windemere, Florida now says that golfer Tiger Woods has been released from an Orlando hospital after being treated for serious injuries in a car accident.
The Florida Highway Patrol reports that Woods was driving out of his own driveway near Orlando Florida early this morning, when he struck a fire hydrant and a tree.
No other details on the injuries are released.
The Highway Patrol says the crash is still under investigation but was NOT alcohol-related.
