Fort Riley Soldier Killed In Iraq

A Fort Riley Soldier has died in Iraq.

Spc. Tony Carrrasco, Jr.’s unit was attacked by insurgents on Nov. 4th. He was assigned to the 4^th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, 1^st Infantry Division.

Carrasco joined the Army in January 2008. He served as a field artillery specialist. His hometown is Berino, N.M.

One-hundred sixty eight Fort Riley Soldiers, Airmen and Sailors have died while serving in support of Operations Iraqi and Enduring Freedom.
