An unusual case out of Cowley County, where a 9-year-old Dexter boy wrecked a stolen van.
The sheriff says the child arrived at school early to eat breakfast, but started complaining of not feeling well.
The child didn't eat breakfast and left school grounds without officials knowing.
On his way home, the child then found a van with the keys inside and took it to drive himself home. The child then wrecked the van.
The boy was taken to the hospital where he was treated and released.
He will not be charged with a crime since he's not ten years or older.
