The Kansas CW | Man Arrested in Grant Co. Double Homicide

Authorities make an arrest in a Grant County double homicide.
The Grant County attorney filed charges against Marco Lomas of Ulysses in the death of Marcos and Hilda Garcia on August 30, 2008.
Lomas is charged with one count capital murder for killing the couple at the same time. He's also charged with aggravated burglary for entering their home with the intent to commit a felony.
Lomas' first appearance is set for tomorrow in Ulysses.
The Attorney General's Office will prosecute the case.
